A 12 Weeks Holistic Coaching Journey for Women

 

This isn't another weight-loss program.

It's a journey back to your body.

Many women come to me wanting to lose weight, feel healthier, have more energy, reduce stress, or simply feel more comfortable in their own skin.

But over the years, I've learned that our relationship with our body is rarely just about food, exercise, or a number on the scale.

It's about safety.

It's about stress.

It's about the stories we've carried since childhood.

It's about the pressure we've placed on ourselves for years.

It's about learning to listen to our body instead of fighting against it.

Together, we begin with a deep assessment session where we explore your relationship with your body, your health, your lifestyle, your stress levels, your dreams, your history, and what you truly desire.

 

We create a clear intention for our journey together.

From there, I intuitively tune into your unique situation, combining my experience in holistic health, nervous system regulation, coaching, embodiment work, nature-based healing, and intuitive guidance.

Together, we create a personalised path that supports you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Throughout our three months together, we focus on:

• Creating safety within your nervous system
• Reducing overwhelm, pressure, and chronic stress
• Understanding the deeper patterns behind your relationship with food, weight, health, and self-worth
• Reconnecting with your body's natural wisdom
• Learning to trust your body's signals and needs
• Finding movement that feels supportive and sustainable
• Exploring nourishing ways of eating that work for you
• Understanding your unique rhythm, life stage, and feminine cycle
• Building small, realistic habits that create lasting change

I don't believe there is one perfect way to eat, exercise, or live.

There are countless approaches.

What matters is discovering what genuinely works for you.

 

My role isn't to tell you exactly what to eat or create strict fitness plans.

For medical conditions, specialised nutrition support, or detailed training programs, I always encourage working with qualified professionals.

My role is to help you reconnect with yourself so you can learn to hear your body's wisdom and make choices from a place of trust rather than pressure.

 

Because often the body isn't the problem.

The stress is.

The constant rushing is.

The expectations are.

The people-pleasing is.

The disconnection from ourselves is.

 

When we start addressing these deeper layers, something beautiful often happens.

Not only does the relationship with the body begin to change.

Life begins to change too.

I've experienced this myself.

For years, I focused on losing weight. I tried pushing harder, training more, and following all the "right" rules.

Yet some of my biggest physical changes happened when I stopped making weight loss the centre of my life.

Instead, I started changing my life.

I addressed stress.

I made different choices.

I listened more closely to myself.

I created habits that felt sustainable.

And slowly, steadily, things began to shift.

Not overnight.

Not through force.

But through consistency, self-awareness, and self-trust.

That's the approach I bring into this work.

Slowly.

Gently.

Honestly.

Because when change feels safe, it becomes possible.

And when a woman learns to trust herself again, everything begins to transform.

Change happens when your body feels safe enough to allow it.

What's included

Deep-Dive Initial Assessment (120 Minutes)

We begin with a comprehensive 2-hour session exploring your relationship with your body, health, stress levels, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, personal history, and goals.

Together we uncover what is truly driving your current challenges and create a clear vision and intention for your journey ahead.

You will leave with greater clarity, understanding, and a personalised direction for the next 12 weeks.

5 Personalised Coaching Sessions (60 Minutes Each)

Over the following three months, we meet regularly to support your unique journey.

Each session is tailored specifically to you and may include:

  • Nervous system regulation practices

  • Holistic health coaching

  • Somatic and embodiment exercises

  • Guided meditations

  • Breathwork techniques

  • Emotional processing tools

  • Mindset and self-worth coaching

  • Body awareness practices

  • Intuitive guidance and energetic healing

  • Lifestyle and wellbeing support

  • Personalised teachings relevant to your challenges and goals
     

No two journeys are the same. Every session is designed around what you most need at that moment.

Integration & Future Vision Session (120 Minutes)

Our final session is dedicated to celebrating your progress, integrating what you have learned, and creating a sustainable path forward.

Together we design your personal next chapter so you feel confident continuing the work beyond our time together.

 

Ongoing Support Between Sessions

Transformation doesn't happen only during our sessions.

Throughout the entire 12 weeks, you'll have access to supportive guidance via WhatsApp or email during business hours.

You can reach out with questions, reflections, wins, challenges, or moments when you need additional support and encouragement.

You'll never feel like you're doing this alone.

Personalised Home Practices

Following each session, you'll receive tailored practices and suggestions designed to support your growth between our calls.

These may include:

  • Reflection and journaling prompts

  • Nervous system exercises

  • Mindfulness practices

  • Breathwork

  • Embodiment exercises

  • Nature connection activities

  • Lifestyle experiments

  • Gentle movement suggestions

  • Personal awareness practices
     

These are never about adding pressure or creating more "to-do's."

They are designed to help you build sustainable change in a way that feels supportive and achievable.
