1.1 Business Information

This website and services are operated by Dreamers HQ, a sole trader business registered in Australia.

By accessing this website or engaging in any services, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 Scope of Services

Dreamers HQ offers:

  • Holistic massage & bodywork (in person)

  • 1:1 coaching (online and in person)

  • Group programs, workshops, and courses

  • Retreats within Australia

  • Digital products (e.g. meditations, PDFs, resources)

All services are intended for wellbeing, relaxation, and personal development.

1.3 Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are listed in AUD and/or EUR

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer and PayPal

  • Full payment is required unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance

  • Payment plans must be completed in full

Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of services.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

2.1 Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including:

  • Coaching sessions and programs

  • Workshops and digital products

  • Retreat payments and deposits

Please choose carefully and reach out if you have questions before booking.

2.2 Appointment Cancellations

For massage and bodywork sessions:

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice required

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full

3. Retreat Participation & Responsibility

By joining a Dreamers HQ retreat, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for organising your own:

    • Travel and flights

    • Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Dreamers HQ is not responsible for:

  • Travel disruptions or cancellations

  • External accommodation (unless explicitly included)

  • Loss, injury, or damages

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

You agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

👉 A separate Retreat Waiver & Agreement must be signed before participation.

4. Health & Coaching Disclaimer

All services provided by Dreamers HQ are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice or treatment.

By engaging in services, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing

  • You will seek professional advice where needed

  • You will communicate any relevant conditions honestly

Coaching is a supportive process for personal growth.

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes

All content provided by Dreamers HQ, including:

  • Workbooks

  • Courses

  • Meditations

  • Written or recorded materials
