Hi, I’m Kat – Holistic Coach, Wild Soul, and Gentle Rebel.

My path into this work didn’t begin with a perfect plan - it began with a quiet longing to feel more connected to life. I’ve always been curious about people, emotions, and what makes us feel truly alive. I love travelling, discovering new places, meeting different cultures, and learning from the many ways life unfolds.

I’m still on that journey myself. Still learning, still growing, still being shaped by experiences. I don’t believe in having everything figured out - I believe in walking with awareness and honesty. I know what it feels like to search, to feel overwhelmed, and to long for something deeper. And I also know how powerful it is to slowly reconnect with yourself. This lived experience allows me to support women in a grounded, real and compassionate way - not from a pedestal, but from shared understanding and trust.

Some of the moments that shape me most are simple ones - sitting by the ocean, walking through nature, sharing meaningful conversations, or laughing from the heart. These are the spaces where I feel life most fully.

There were also times when I felt disconnected and stretched thin. Those phases gently led me into holistic healing, bodywork, nervous system regulation, meditation, breathwork, and the grounding wisdom of nature.

For a long time, I thought healing was another thing to achieve -  another mountain to climb. Turns out, it’s more like sitting down halfway, taking a breath, and realising the view is already beautiful.

Today, I support women who feel stressed, tired of holding everything together, or longing for more depth and meaning. My work is gentle, intuitive and grounded. I weave together massage therapy, aromatherapy, coaching, retreats, nature-based rituals and embodied practices to create spaces where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

I see life as an adventure - not always loud, but quietly rich. Sometimes it’s standing at the edge of the ocean, feeling the wind on your skin. Sometimes it’s sitting under a tree, doing nothing at all. Sometimes it’s allowing yourself to change and follow what feels true.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me near the water, travelling, exploring, or simply soaking up the beauty of everyday life. I love nourishing moments - sharing yummy food, reading, listening to stories, gentle conversations, and creating space to rest and recharge. Nature remains my greatest teacher: the ocean reminds me to flow, the forest invites grounding, and the open sky encourages expansion. This connection is something I love sharing with the women who step into my world.

This is a space to feel safe, to feel held, and to grow naturally, in your own time - until you find yourself standing more fully in who you are: calm, grounded and quietly powerful.
