In my work, I focus on the nervous system as the foundation of healing. Because when the nervous system is dysregulated, the body holds tension, stress accumulates, and true healing becomes difficult.
Many women today are living in a constant state of pressure - overstimulated, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their bodies. Over time, this can show up as physical tension, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, anxiety, or a general sense of not feeling at home within yourself. This is where somatic, body-based work becomes essential.
Through a combination of touch, breath, awareness, and holistic support, we create the conditions for your nervous system to settle and your body to shift out of survival patterns. From this place, the body can begin to regulate, release stored tension, and restore balance more naturally.
My approach is both trained and intuitive - shaped not only by my professional background, but also by my own experience of navigating stress, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation.

Somatic Nervous System Healing for Women
This is my signature session for women who feel overwhelmed, tense, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves - and long to feel calm, grounded, and fully at home in their body again.
Your body holds your story.
Stress, pressure, emotional experiences, and daily life accumulate in the nervous system, fascia, muscles, and breath. Over time, this can show up as tension, fatigue, anxiety, burnout, jaw tightness, neck pain, shallow breathing, or simply the feeling of never fully switching off.
In this session, we gently unwind these patterns - not by forcing change, but by allowing your nervous system to soften and regulate naturally.
Your First Session – 120mins
Your first session is intentionally longer so I can fully understand you and your body.
We begin with a thorough intake and assessment.
I see you as a whole - your lifestyle, stress levels, emotional state, body patterns, and nervous system all matter.
From there, I create a personalised somatic healing session which may include:

Ongoing Sessions – 90mins
After the initial assessment, follow-up sessions are 90 minutes.
Some women prefer to continue with 120 minutes for deeper work - this is always possible and welcomed.
Each session is intuitive, personalised, and centred around what your body needs on that day.

Remedial Massage & Aromatherapy
A More Body-Focused, Yet Holistic Session
While my Signature Somatic Nervous System Healing is a longer, in-depth experience with a full assessment and structured nervous system focus, this remedial massage session is more body-oriented and supportive in nature. It is still intuitive and tailored to what you need on the day.
This session may focus more on:

Even though the focus is more physical, we never work on the body in isolation.
Through touch, breath, and presence, your nervous system naturally softens, emotions may release, and your whole system benefits.

Why I use essential oils
Essential oils are a natural and intentional part of my treatments, supporting the body on multiple levels. Carefully selected and applied, they can complement bodywork by helping to soften muscles, support tissue ease, encourage circulation, deepen breathing, and promote relaxation. Through the sense of smell, they also influence the limbic system - the area of the brain connected to emotions, stress response, and nervous system regulation.
This means aromatherapy doesn’t only support calm - it can enhance the overall therapeutic effect of the session, working alongside touch to support muscles, fascia, tissues, and your nervous system as a whole.
Personally, I’ve been using essential oils for over 13 years. My two everyday favourites are lavender - which I love for grounding and calming - and peppermint, which I often reach for when I need clarity, a refreshing reset, or after long walks when my legs and feet appreciate the cooling sensation.

In Austria, I ran my own successful clinic and created a holistic day spa + farmstay concept called
“Die Wohlfühlmanufaktur” - a space dedicated to deep rest, nervous system balance, and wellbeing.
